Yale Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can diced beets
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain beets and place in 1-quart casserole.
    Mix dry ingredients together and blend with fruit juices and butter.
    Pour over drained beets; cover and bake.
