Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. cooked rice
    20 to 30 oz. cooked broccoli (may use 2 large pkg. Green Giant frozen with cheese)
    1 can condensed milk
    1 soup can milk
    5 to 6 Velveeta wedges, 1/2-inch square
Preparation
    Tenderize the onion and celery in bacon.
    Combine all ingredients except Velveeta.
    Pour into baking dish. Pinch wedges into broccoli mixture until covered. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
