"Hannah Adams" Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 whole boneless chicken breasts
    4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water
    sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lay chicken breasts in buttered (or Pam sprayed) casserole.
    Top with Swiss cheese.
    Dilute soup with water and pour over chicken.
    Add mushrooms, if desired.
    Mix stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
    Bake, uncovered, 50 to 60 minutes.
