Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken parts
Preparation

Put soup mix and bread crumbs in plastic bag.
Brush chicken with mayonnaise.
Put chicken in bag, one piece at a time; shake until coated.
Bake in baking dish at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
