Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
2/3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sliced peaches (fresh or canned)
Preparation

Measure sugar, flour, salt and nutmeg into small bowl and stir to blend well; then stir in milk until well mixed.
Pare peaches, slice thinly.
Measure and turn into pastry-lined pan.
Spread level.
Then pour milk mixture over peaches, pressing slices down into milk with back of spoon.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 425\u00b0 until nicely brown.
