Swedish Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. each baking soda and salt
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix like pie crust.
    Break off 1-inch ball of dough and roll on floured board to size 5-inches.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in middle of oven on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
    I sometimes flip the pieces over and put back in oven for a few minutes.
