Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. shelled pecans
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Place pecans in flat pan and sprinkle with salt, lemon juice and butter. Place pan in 200\u00b0 oven, stirring nuts often until butter and lemon juice cook well into the nuts and they are toasted, approximately 1 hour.
