Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 bunch green onions, chopped (tops included)
    8 large flour tortillas
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Drain grease from skillet after frying bacon.
    Divide cheese, green onions and bacon among the 8 tortillas, putting cheese on one half of tortilla topped by onion and bacon.
    Fold tortilla over and fry in skillet until tortilla begins to brown.
    Turn and fry other side (like
    a grilled cheese sandwich).
