Ingredients

4 c. milk
1 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
1/4 c. raisins
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. (4 oz.) vanilla pudding and pie filing
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/5 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Combine milk, rice, pudding mix, raisins and egg in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to boil.
Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour into dessert dishes and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Makes 10 servings.
