Chicken Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large chicken breasts
    6 slices Prosciutto or thin sliced ham
    6 thin slices Swiss
    2 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Pound chicken breast with wooden mallet to approximately 1/4-inch thick.
    Place slice of meat and cheese on each.
    Tuck in sides and roll up as for jelly roll.
    Skewer or tie securely. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown in butter.
    Remove from skillet.
    Place in shallow pan.
    Combine soup with wine and mushrooms.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
