Brenda'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. grated carrots
2 c. self-rising flour
4 eggs
1 c. walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a 10-inch tube pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours in a 350\u00b0 oven.
