Texas Hot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 small onion, minced
    1 green pepper, minced
    1 pod hot red or green pepper, finely chopped
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    Cover and chill until ready to serve.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
