Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and foamy.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
    Mix well until blended.
    Add nuts and raisins; mix well. Pour into 2 well-greased 9 x 5 x 2-inch bread loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
