Pocatello Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in jackets
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 sticks melted butter or margarine
    1 or 2 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cool potatoes with skins on.
    Dice potatoes.
    Cube cheese and sprinkle on top.
    Cook onions slightly in butter.
    Add to potatoes with bread cubes.
    Sprinkle with garlic salt.
    Toss.
    Sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until cheese melts.
