Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. blueberries
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk; add oil.
    Pour in dry ingredients and stir until flour is moistened.
    Batter will be lumpy.
    Fold in berries.
    Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 1 dozen.
