Okra Creole(Diabetic - Vegetable) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. thinly sliced okra
1 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. tomatoes, chopped
garlic salt to taste
1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
-
Heat oil in saucepan.
Saute okra, celery, green pepper and onion.
Stir in chopped tomatoes.
Cover and simmer 1 hour. Yields four 1/2-cup servings.
