Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken pieces
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger
    1/2 c. shoyu or soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. white or brown sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
    Place chicken in shallow, ovenproof pan.
    Pour soy mixture over and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning twice.
    Sauce may be thickened with cornstarch.
    Serve with hot rice.
