Chicken Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, boned, halved and skinned
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sherry (optional)
    1 pkg. stuffing mix
    3/4 c. melted butter or oleo (I use less)
Preparation
    Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place half slice of cheese on each chicken breast half.
    Cover chicken and cheese with undiluted cream of chicken soup.
    Pour sherry over all.
    Combine stuffing mix with melted butter; spread over mixture in pan.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    Rich, but good!
