Caribbean Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. winter squash (hubbard, acorn), peeled and cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Place squash in 1-quart casserole.
    Cover.
    Microwave 10 to 12 minutes on High or until almost tender, stirring once.
    Set aside.
