Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter, at room temperature
    8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
    6 to 7 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. Granny Smith apples, chunked
    chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix butter, powdered sugar and egg.
    Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple and apple chunks.
    Refrigerate before serving.
