Baked Fruit Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can each peaches, black Bing cherries and apricots
    almonds, sliced
    macaroons
    brown sugar
    sherry
Preparation
    Drain fruits well.
    Place in layers in a baking dish. Sprinkle each layer with brown sugar, dabs of butter and slivers of almonds.
    Crush macaroons.
    To each layer, add lemon juice and sherry (1/2 cup of sherry in all).
    Cover top layer with crushed macaroons. Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
