So Easy Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. flour
    4 unbeaten eggs
Preparation
    Melt shortening in water and bring to a boil.
    Dump in flour and salt all at once.
    Stir and remove from heat.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Place on a cookie sheet a tablespoon at a time for large puffs or a teaspoon for small puffs.
    Cook at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Cool. Slice off 1/4 from top of puff.
    Fill with cream filling.
    Replace top and sprinkle with powdered sugar or if filled with chocolate cream, dribble with chocolate.
