Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Carnation
1/2 c. water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
butter Crisco
Preparation

Heat small 8-inch skillet on medium heat with 1/2 teaspoon butter Crisco.
Beat ingredients with wire whisk until blended. Pour into hot skillet and cook until edges only are dry.
Flip over and cook until golden.
