Country Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. ground pork
    4 Tbsp. red pepper
    3 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. saltpetre
    1 small box sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Divide into 1 pound packs.
    Wrap and freeze until ready to use.
