Sherried Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. extra lean stew meat (trim fat)
1 large onion, chopped in processor
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 large can mushrooms, sliced
1/8 c. sherry
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Season meat and mix all ingredients together.
Place in pot and cover.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0, then change to 300\u00b0.
Continue baking for two and one-half hours. Stirring is not necessary.
Serve over rice.
