Art'S Potato Saladserves 16 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    6 hard boiled eggs, cut in small pieces
    3 tsp. sweet pickle relish
    2 tsp. pimiento strips
    4 tsps. diced pimiento-stuffed green olives
    1 1/2 small onions, chopped
    4 stalks of celery, chopped
    7 heaping Tbsps. Miracle Whip LIte, or regular
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsps. Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil for 25-30 minutes.
    Cool, then dice.
    Add next 8 ingredients and mix.
