Mexican Wedding Cake(Cookies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine (2 cubes)
    4 heaping Tbsp. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. walnuts, chopped very fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and work into a crumb mixture.
    Roll into small balls; flatten with glass dipped in flour.
    Bake in slow oven (275\u00b0) for 40 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar until thickly coated.
    Makes 60 cookies.
    Delicious.
