Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pastry crust (9-inch)
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. mustard
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs well; add milk, mustard, nutmeg and salt.
Mix well.
Add spinach and cheese to mixture.
Stir well.
Pour into crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
Bake until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 40 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.
