Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Stir and let stand at room temperature all day (10 hours minimum).
    Starter is now ready to use.
    If bread is to be made, measure out Starter for recipe and return remaining portion to refrigerator, or put all of Starter in refrigerator to make bread another day.
