Ingredients

1 can whole berry cranberries
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. real mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream well cream cheese; add the crushed pineapple with juice last.
Mix in mayonnaise, sugar, vanilla, salt, powdered sugar and

Whip.
Blend well.
Now add pineapple; blend well.
Add the cranberries and the nuts.
Mix easy.
Pour into a
9
x 13-inch glass dish; cover and freeze. Just slice into squares and serve.
