Company Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, shredded
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 stick margarine
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook cabbage in boiling, salted water for 10 minutes.
Drain well.
Place 9 x 13 dish.
Saute onion in margarine until tender, then mix in cheese and soup.
Pour this sauce mixture over cabbage and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serves 8 to 10.
