Sausage Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 slices bread, cubed
    5 eggs
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Prepare the evening before.
    Cook sausage; drain thoroughly on paper towels.
    Beat the eggs and evaporated milk slightly.
    Add sausage, cubed bread and Cheddar cheese.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch casserole; cover with foil.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven. Makes 6 servings.
