Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 stick butter, melted
    12 Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunks and save 4 tablespoons juice.
    Mix all ingredients (except crackers and butter) together and place in casserole.
    Cover top with Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
