Cedar Creek Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 lb. smoked bacon, chopped
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt to taste
    2 large cans tomatoes, mashed
    1/2 stalk celery, chopped
    2 green peppers
    2 onions (medium)
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook bacon until brown and remove.
    Saute vegetables and add cooked bacon.
    Boil and peel the shrimp in the meantime and add all other ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours and serve over fluffy rice.
