Italian Sausage And Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Italian sausage
1 large onion, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can mushrooms (optional)
1 large can tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut sausage into 3 to 4-inch long pieces, then brown in small amount of oil; cook well.
Remove sausage, then saute onion and bell pepper until onion is clear.
Place sausage, onion, pepper and mushroom in a 3 to 4-inch deep baking dish.
In a saucepan, mix the tomato sauce and paste together; heat until hot and season to taste with garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and parsley.
Pour mixture over sausage and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbling.
Remove and cover with the shredded cheese.
Return to oven until cheese begins to brown.
Served over spaghetti or your favorite pasta.
