Curried Chicken And Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 to 3 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. chopped tomato
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked and chopped in small pieces
    1 can creamed yellow corn
    1 can chicken broth
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter (can use margarine) in a large pot over low heat until tender.
    Add curry powder.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Stir in chicken and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Yields about 7 cups.
