Diabetic Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 c. nonfat dry milk
1/4 c. ice water
1/2 c. Sugar Twin
2 Tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine egg whites, dry milk and ice water.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Add Sugar Twin and vanilla. Beat until peaks again. Fold in pecans, cracker crumbs and baking powder.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
