Ingredients

2 egg whites
1 c. chocolate chips
pinch of salt
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
vanilla to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
Whip egg whites until foamy.
Add sugar and salt gradually.
Beat until it forms a high peak, fold in chips and nuts.
Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet.
Place in oven and turn off heat. Leave in oven for 4 hours.
