Six-Week Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. plain flour
    3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat
    eggs;
    add
    sugar and oil.
    Mix flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add to egg mixture with buttermilk.
    Add Raisin Bran and
    mix
    well.
    Store in refrigerator in large bowl with cover. Bake
    as
    needed in cupcake cups in 375\u00b0 oven 18 to 20 minutes. Batter keeps 6 weeks.
