Tasty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. oil
    1/4 c. broken-up very fine spaghetti
    3/4 c. rice (raw)
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can chicken broth
    2 c. water and 2 chicken bouillon cubes
    green and red pepper (for color)
Preparation
    Heat oil in frying pan.
    Add spaghetti and rice.
    Cook until spaghetti is browned (only takes a minute).
    Add garlic, onions, broth, water (with bouillon cubes dissolved in it), salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook over low heat about 30 minutes until liquid is gone.
    Garnish with parsley.
