Veal Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal steak, diced and ground
    1 sliced onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    potato chips (sprinkled on top)
Preparation
    Cut one squash in half. Scoop out seeds and strings.
    Place in baking dish, cut side down.
    Add a little water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until tender. Fill cavity with dabs of butter, brown sugar and pecans.
    Salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
