Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. chili mix
2 to 2 1/2 c. water
3 cans (14 1/2 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
3 cans kidney beans (undrained)
1 small onion, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder to taste
salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown beef in skillet; drain.
In large pot or crock-pot stir in chili mix, ground beef, water, tomatoes, and beans, onion. Bring to a boil, stir in chili powder, salt, pepper, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Makes 15 to 20 servings depending on size of bowl.
