Nellie Bealmer'S Prize Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Combine shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add beaten eggs and blend.
    Dissolve yeast in 3 teaspoons warm water.
    Add 1 cup warm water and 2 cups flour; mix well.
    Add rest of flour; mix.
    Knead until smooth.
    Put dough back into clean bowl; cover and let rise 3 hours.
    Roll out dough; spread with soft butter.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
    Roll up and slice into cinnamon rolls.
