Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boiled and peeled shrimp
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    7 oz. can sliced mushrooms
    1 can stewed tomatoes, cut up
    1 can tomato sauce
    Worcestershire sauce to taste
    Tabasco to taste
    yellow rice
Preparation
    Brown onions.
    Add bell pepper and mushrooms, season with Worcestershire and Tabasco.
    Simmer for a couple of minutes.
    Then add stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
    Add peeled shrimp and simmer 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Serve over yellow rice.
    Feeds 4 to 6 people.
