Vegetable Dip Or Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/4 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation
    Blend all cheeses, milk, dill weed and pepper until smooth. Put in bowl and add sunflower seeds and carrots.
    Cover and chill. Serve with vegetable sticks, crackers or chips.
