Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten light and fluffy
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. peeled and grated squash
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine eggs, sugar, oil, squash and vanilla.
    Mix well and set aside.
    In a separate bowl, combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; sift together.
    Add dry ingredients to creamed ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Divide batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
