Zucchini Italian Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    62 slices zucchini (1/4-inch thick)
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes with juice
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook onion slowly in margarine until golden.
    Add zucchini and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and juice.
    Cook until zucchini is done and liquid thickens.
    Add cheese on top, pressing slightly into hot juice.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 8 minutes, until cheese is melted.
