Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked zucchini
    1 large Bermuda onion
    2 large green peppers
    1 box cheese and garlic croutons
    4 large fresh tomatoes or a large can Italian tomatoes
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese to taste
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place layers of cooked zucchini, onions, peppers, tomatoes, Cheddar cheese, sprinkling of Parmesan cheese and croutons in large casserole dish.
    Repeat these layers.
    Top with generous Cheddar cheese, croutons and Mozzarella cheese.
    Drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
