No Peek Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean stew meat
4 medium carrots, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 ribs celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
2 medium onions, quartered
2 medium potatoes, cut in chunks
1 (16 oz.) can peas or green beans (with liquid)
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (with liquid)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir all ingredients together in 4-quart casserole.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
