Italian Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 full cut round steak
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
3 to 4 large onions
1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. onion salt
1 Tbsp. garlic
1 (1 lb.) box spaghetti
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cut meat into bite size pieces.
Slice onions into rings and separate.
Puree tomatoes in blender; set aside.
Brown spaghetti in oil straight from the box; drain on paper towels.
Set aside. Brown meat in oil; add tomatoes, tomato paste, onions and seasonings.
Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours, covered.
Cook browned spaghetti in boiling water until tender; drain off only half of the water.
Add meat sauce mixture and cover.
Simmer until liquid is absorbed, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
